Nach dem die Blogrebellen im April auf unseren 10ten Podcast aufmerksam wurden, habe sie uns gefragt, ob wir nicht Lust hätten einen Beitrag zu ihrer Mix-Reihe Sunday Joint zu gestalten. Nun hat sich Dubbalot dem angenommen und eine tolle Mische aus sphärischen, melancholischen und teilweise psychedelischen halftime-DnB Songs gemischt. Es ist eine Selection, die seiner Meinung nach zu einem perfekten vernebelten Sonntag passt und die sowohl als Tag- und Tätigkeiten-Begleiter dient, als auch zum verinnerlichen und vertiefen einlädt. Was ihr damit macht ist euch überlassen, es muss auch nicht zwingend nur Sonntags sein.

Influenced by artists like dBridge, Machinedrum, Stray and Alix Perez but also by People who surround me, i needed to do a mix, which is taken down to halftime, getting a bit experimental and is breaking the typical rules of Drum & Bass in some kind of way but still follows this particular kind of rhythm, i am not able to get away from.
